Harrison Rhodes finished 34th in the #0 Chick-fil-A/ G&K Services/ JD Motorsports w/ Gary Keller Camaro in Saturday’s Hisense 250 NASCAR Xfinity Series race at Atlanta Motor Speedway.
Rhodes started 35th and throughout the first green flag run made his way up to the 28th position. After the first set up pit stops, car troubles found Rhodes and caused the #0 team to fall multiple laps down while they diagnosed the problem. The team was able to re-group and get the #0 Camaro back on track and finish the race.
“I’m happy we were able to run most of the laps and gain valuable experience on the track,” said Rhodes. “It wasn’t the kind of finish we’re hoping for, but the team and I learned a lot, and it gives us a building point for the races ahead.”
The finish boosted Rhodes to 30th in Xfinity points. He’ll shoot for more gains in the March 7 race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway, the next venue on the schedule. We would like to send a big thank you to Chick-fil-A, G&K Services, and JD Motorsports with Gary Keller for all their help and support this weekend.
